A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged that will apply towards your rescheduled appointment. All No Call No Shows will be charged 50% of the appointment total. This fee is non-refundable. A 10 minute grace period is given for all appointments. Otherwise, your appointment will be rescheduled. A 50% late fee will be charged that will apply towards your rescheduled appointment. (I will always try to fit you in if time allows.)
